Grace Rocha serves as Interim City Clerk for the City of Palm Desert. As Palm Desert’s City Clerk, she also serves as Secretary to its Redevelopment Agency Successor Agency, Oversight Board, Housing and Financing Authorities, with responsibilities of preparing and presenting all agendas and minutes for same, maintaining all official City/Agency/Authority records, and being available to the public for information on legislative and administrative actions. Additionally, the Clerk serves as the City’s Elections Official, responsible for carrying out Municipal Elections.
