CONSTRUCTION TAX: (Ordinance No. 216)
Charge $ .40 on ALL new and additional square footage added to the building under roof (i.e. additional square footage for SFD additions, converting Garages, atriums or patio areas to living space and all commercial additions).

JOB VALUATION FEES:
Charge $ .25 per $1,000.00 of total construction cost on permits for:

MICROFILM FEES:
Charge $ .30 per sheet of plans, specifications and correspondence for each project on EVERY permit.
SCHOOL TAX FEES:
This fee is paid to the appropriate school district on all new residential and commercial construction. Submit receipt for proof of payment.

LOW INCOME HOUSING MITIGATION FEE: (Res. No. 90-130)
All commercial developments shall be assessed the following mitigation fees to be paid at the issuance of building permits. The fee shall be based on the following schedule:

Fees will be collected for all new square footage for commercial (non-residential) developments within the City. The fees shall be based on the following schedule:
