Although picnic shelters in Palm Desert’s parks are generally available on a first come, first served basis, certain shelters in Civic Center Park may be reserved in advance.

Specific athletic fields at Civic Center Park and Hovley Soccer Park may also be reserved.

To reserve a picnic shelter or to book a sports field, please fill out a Facility Use Agreement and contact the Desert Recreation District in the Palm Desert Community Center (Note: The CVRPD will require an additional application which may be downloaded here.)
