RPM Company manages the Palm Desert Housing Authority properties' Agency-owned units and has been monitoring them since 1998. RPM Company's day-to-day management and operation of the properties includes, but is not limited to, leasing, annual certifications of tenant incomes, and overall maintenance and repairs.
