12:45 PM - Burglary Arrest - Officers with Palm Desert Special Enforcement Team (SET) and Burglary Suppression Unit (BSU) located and arrested a suspect of multiple commercial burglaries at Off Saks Fifth in Palm Desert. He was arrested for burglary, multiple counts of commercial burglary, possession of narcotics, and drug paraphernalia. File #T172840069


03:38 PM - DUI Traffic Collision - Officers responded to the intersection of Frank Sinatra Drive and Gerald Ford Drive for a reported single car collision.  The driver was arrested for DUI.  File #T173250089


09:24 PM - DUI Arrest - Officers responded to Highway 111 and San Luis Rey reference a possible DUI driver. The driver was subsequently arrested for DUI.  File #T173250128


10:00 PM - Vehicle Theft and Commercial Burglary Arrest - Members of the Palm Desert Burglary Suppression Unit (BSU) responded to a mail theft call at the 73500 block of Woodward Drive. The suspect vehicle had been reported stolen out of Palm Desert the day prior. Members of BSU searched the surrounding area and located the vehicle at Monterey Avenue and Dick Kelly. The suspect was arrested and transported to the Indio County Jail for the above listed charges. File #T17325117


08:36 PM - Fraud Arrest - Officers responded to the 77700 block of Calypso Road regarding a fraudulently obtained vacation rental. Investigation revealed the suspect obtained the rental with the use of a stolen credit card. During the course of the investigation it was discovered the vehicle in the garage was also obtained fraudulently.  Inside the vehicle several computers, credit card numbers and fraud related items were observed in plain sight. The suspect was subsequently arrested and booked into Indio Jail.  File #T173250126
